Get remote support
A Keller Computers technician can connect to your computer, with your permission, to help fix the problem while you watch.
- Download the Keller Computers support app using the button below.
- Run the file you downloaded. No installation is needed. If Windows asks whether to run it, choose More info then Run anyway.
- Click "Request Help" and type a short note about the problem. Your technician will connect and you'll see everything on your screen.
Only start a session when you're on the phone with us or have a support request open. When you're done, just close the app and nothing stays on your computer. Need help? Call (713) 912-1333.
